Android
You can find the 32Red app on the Google Play Store along with lots of other Android betting apps. It does not have as many downloads as a lot of other apps but does have a few positive reviews. The sports version was in the 1000-5000 downloads range at the time of writing, which is very low when compared to the 100,000-249,000 range of the casino app.
Upon our last round of testing the dedicated Android app found in the Play Store was unusable, similar to the iOS app found in the App Store. The service worked just fine though when accessing it from a mobile web browser, such as Google Chrome. The button above will take you straight there.
iPhone
iPhone and iPad users can download the app from iTunes where it has less than favourable reviews. The dedicated sports app found in the app store seems to instantly freeze up upon opening. This makes it pretty useless! We found the service to be much more reliable using the 32Red mobile app (or mobile optimised web site).

Aesthetics/Layout
We think the 32Red sports app looks and feels superb. The classic black-and-red colourway adding a classy touch that ensures all text is easy to read regardless of the light you are in.
The layout and navigation are both straightforward, with sports and markets clearly categorised and labelled with icons. One item of disappointment is that there is no ‘quick links’ section taking us straight to the most popular activities.

There are more features than you can shake a stick at on the 32Red Sports app….although in truth most of them are readily available elsewhere. This is similar to most popular betting apps where they all offer a lot of similar features, with the bet builders being the only main differentiator.

This is where 32red is stronger, it does appear like they are a casino company who offer sports as well rather than a combined gambling company.
Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway
Who doesn’t love cheeky chappies Ant and Dec – well you’ll be pleased to know their Saturday Night Take Away slots game is exclusive to 32red. You may have seen the adverts for this around the time the show is on ITV. You will not find these games anywhere else!

The customer service is also known for being good, but we personally never needed to use it as the security protection is fantastic and the information provided is sufficient.

All in all, this is a sound effort from 32Red Sports for their first app. If you’re looking for a handy application on your smartphone or tablet through which to place your bets on the football or the horses then you’ve come to the right place. This app is well thought-out, looks nice and is easy to navigate around.
But there is something lacking here – something that helps 32Red Sports stand out as a brand in their own right. It feels like they are happy to imitate, rather than create their own unique selling points. They also have dedicated apps that are crawling with bugs, making the only viable choice the mobile web app.
